The POLO CN is a combined milling lathe machine tool with two independent piece-holding spindles on which it is possible to make two distinct pieces with different programs.

4 tools can be selected for each workpiece spindle.
In addition to turning machining, for each station it is possible to perform milling operations (milling movement on 3 axes) by means of a spindle motor with the possibility of angularly positioning the piece in phase before milling.
The workpiece spindle is equipped with an automatic parking brake in case of heavy milling operations.
The workpiece spindles can be equipped with internal linear expansion collets developed by LASERBERGTECH or by external gripping collets, the collet change from internal to external does not require the spindle disassembly.
The machine is equipped with an electronically controlled door and it is possible to select the opening level to speed up the loading-unloading operations during production.
Chip evacuation is allowed through special passages made in the base.
The machine was designed and built entirely by LASERBERGTECH including spindles, numerical control and all motors are of Italian production.
