In fact, this bench-top or transportable solution has been specially designed for all those applications where it is necessary to carry out manual and offline marking of medium-small pieces. The operator will therefore have at his disposal a marking system that is easy to use and quick in carrying out the work, which will allow him to work efficiently and without interruptions. The Microtech Laser has a practical control push-button panel, through which the operator can focus the system, simulate the writing and manage the start / stop of the marking.
The door, balanced ad hoc to optimize the opening and closing operations, has a window with special glass, which blocks the laser beam and at the same time allows the operator to follow the progress of the marking.
Equipped with an aluminum millefori worktop, it allows you to lock the installation templates with maximum freedom. The MICROTECH laser can be equipped with some of our main services, such as: automatic plate loader, rotary axis for the radial marking of the pieces, XY handling table.
The possibility to choose the type FIBER Q-SWITCHED OR MOPA, UV, the power of the source and the size of the Focal, always allows to obtain the best result for each specific need. Furthermore, the excellent quality / price ratio allows you to easily insert this marker within your production cycle.
To ensure maximum ease of integration, they are equipped with various standard communication protocols (MODBUS) for remote piloting, which act via RS-232 serial interface or in TCP / IP. The synchronization is guaranteed by the 24VDC digital I / O present on the appropriate connector.
